This policy describes how the website has actually been built and what it does with your data. Before launch it should be reviewed and approved by TEAM4 Finvest and, where appropriate, a legal adviser, so that it reflects the firm's full data practices offline as well as online.
1. Who we are
TEAM4 Finvest is an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor registered under ARN-162936, with its office at Flat No. 1401, Kishangarh, Bhagwanpura Road, Near Community Centre, Manimajra, Chandigarh 160101. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TEAM4 Finvest.
This policy applies to https://team4.in and to the enquiries we receive through it. It does not apply to the separate client portal operated by Investwell, which is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, phone number and email address, along with the subject of your enquiry and anything you choose to write in the message field. Depending on the form, we may also collect your preferred contact method, an indicative monthly investment range and your stated investment goal.
Information we do not collect through this website. We never ask for your PAN, Aadhaar number, bank account details, card details, portal passwords or OTPs through any form on this site. Please do not send these to us by email or WhatsApp either. Documents required for KYC and investment are collected separately, through the proper regulated channels.
Technical information. When a form is submitted, we record the browser user agent and the referring page alongside the enquiry. This helps us identify automated spam and understand which pages lead to genuine enquiries.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you about the services you asked about.
- To prepare a portfolio review or investment discussion you have requested.
- To provide ongoing service if you become a client.
- To keep records required for our business and regulatory obligations.
- To detect and prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Where your information is stored
Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in a managed database operated by our infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to authorised personnel at TEAM4 Finvest through server-side credentials; the database is not readable from the public website. The website itself is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard web request logs.
5. Third-party services
- Google Maps — the map embedded on our contact page is loaded from Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address when that page loads.
- WhatsApp — our WhatsApp links open a chat with us on WhatsApp's own platform, governed by their privacy policy.
- Investwell — our client portal is operated by Investwell on their own domain.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Third-party embeds, such as the Google Map on the contact page, may set their own cookies when that content loads.
If TEAM4 Finvest later enables website analytics, this section will be updated to name the provider, explain what is measured, and describe the consent mechanism used. No analytics script is loaded at present.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a relationship follows, for as long as required to provide our services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a client relationship, we will do so.
8. Your rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to delete an enquiry, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
- Ask us to stop contacting you about services.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect information submitted through this website, including serving the site over HTTPS, keeping database credentials on the server rather than in the browser, and restricting database access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through our enquiry forms.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
