Who we are
A mutual fund distribution practice built on plain answers
TEAM4 Finvest works with individuals and families who want their investments organised around real goals rather than around whatever happens to be selling that season. We are registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India as a mutual fund distributor under ARN-162936.
Most people who come to us are not looking for complexity. They want to know how much to invest, where it should go, what could go wrong, and whether they are on track. Those are the questions we answer, in language that does not require a finance background.
Our office is in Manimajra, Chandigarh, which keeps us within reach of investors across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kharar. We also work with clients elsewhere in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi NCR, and with NRIs who want to keep a financial footprint in India.

What we believe about investing
Goals before products
Every investment should have a job. We decide what the money is for and when it is needed before we discuss where it should go.
Time in the market, not timing it
We plan for full market cycles. We do not make predictions about where markets go next, and we are cautious of anyone who does.
Asset allocation does the heavy lifting
How money is split between equity and debt usually matters more over time than which individual scheme is picked.
Understand the risk, not just the return
Lock-ins, exit loads, volatility and tax treatment are explained before you invest, not after.
Review, and change only with reason
Portfolios are reviewed periodically. Churning for the sake of activity costs money and rarely helps.
Say so when the answer is no
If a product does not suit you, or if doing nothing is the better option, that is what we will tell you.
